Something about Compress in Mac OS X

对于Mac来说，现在有很多压缩软件。诸如Betterzip, iArchiver,Stufflt,Mac自带的压缩的软件，等等。

对我们来说解压那些来自于Mac或者PC的文件很轻松，但是对于我们来说，当我们要分享自己的文件，就要依靠压缩格式来传播，这个时候PC和Mac兼容性就显示出它的重要地位。

由于系统平台的压缩编码的问题，尤其对于中文的支持不是很好，所以中文一般可能出现被压缩出现乱码而不能解压的问题。

如果您的Mac自带的压缩软件压缩的zip文件可以在PC解压，那么恭喜您，您可以不必浪费时间往下看了。

如果不能的话，只要您愿意，就接着看吧。

本人的自带压缩不能正常使用，所以只能通过其他方法来实现资源压缩分享。

方法一：是利用betterzip这个软件，这个软体很是人性化，zip在PC和Mac之间有种兼容模式，通过它，Mac下的压缩zip可以在PC上打开。当然，不见得是最好的解决方法，因为这个软体是收费的，不过也是用crack版，自己搜索吧。

方法二：7-zip是个很不错的压缩格式，可以利用一些软件诸如Betterzip, iArchiver，7zipX等软件来压缩。这个格式目前很流行，而且winrar也是兼容的，可以被解压缩。

Tar格式也是可以的，但不能保证万无一失，压缩方法很多，所以不一定无缝兼容。所以个人推崇7-zip格式。

There’re many softwares to compress for Mac. Such as Betterzip, iArchiver,Stufflt, the compress by Mac itself, and so on~

It is easier for us on Mac to decompress the compressed files from Mac itself or PC.
But for us when we want share our files with compressed format, the Compatibility between PC and Mac is more important.because the compress codes, in my opinion, there’re many problems for Chinese.

The files named chinese charactors are always garbled (error codes).

Recently I usually make a compresses file (*.zip) that my PC friends can’t decompress by Winrar,and then I found that iArchiver,Stufflt and the compress by Mac itself can’t make zip for PC to decompress. I don’t know why that happened. So puzzling for me, if you know it,make me know about it, and I will appreciate you.

If the compress in your Mac itself works well, there’s lucky. and if you don’t like reading, stopping here is OK.

But if not, you can go on reading my boring post.

You can use Betterzip to make zip(this compressed zip file is Compatible)，so this zip file can be opened in PC.

Another method is making 7-zip or tar using Betterzip, iArchiver and Stufflt.
