Fluency Admin 2.0 support WP 2.7

Fluency Admin 2.0 now is supporting WP 2.7.(via Xuhel)
So cool interface to use
Support short-cuts, just like Dashboard use D
FF和Safari上面显示很perfect，可是在opera上就比较糟糕，dropmenu配色和字体太近了，难以区分。(也可能是我自己的CSS样式有问题)
